A little help before you order

How do I personalise my gift?

Choose your product, select the available options and add your photo or wording on the product page. Check your spelling and selections before adding it to your basket.

Which photo should I upload?

Use a clear original photo where possible, rather than a screenshot. Leave some space around faces and important details so your image can fit the product’s shape. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

When will my order be dispatched?

Our usual dispatch time is 1–2 working days. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; delivery time is additional. Check your product page for any specific timings.

Can I ask for a custom design?

Yes—use our contact page to tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
